- Administer cases as an institution (registry, panels, rules, fee scales)
WE DO NOT
Anything
adversarial.
- Act as counsel in litigation or arbitration for any party
- Draft pleadings, issue legal notices, or advise one side on merits
- Take contingency or outcome-linked fees in any neutral role
- Accept work where a founder, spouse or empanelled neutral has any interest
- Comment publicly on any live matter, ever
